How I sleep perfectly - EVERY NIGHT
I'm a bit obsessive about sleep and can pretty much get a perfect night's sleep every night. This video breaks down my daily routine which allows me to do this.
Note: I said in the opening section of this video that only 0.02% of people achieve perfect sleep over a full month. This is based on figure comparisons of my sleep within the large communities available on WHOOP.

    I've been doing keto for a month, and my ketone levels are negligibl, usually near zero. I am constantly in gluconeogenesis Did I skip the fat adaption stage? By eating too high protein and not gettting fat adapted.

    To me, provolone cheese is way under mentioned in Keto/diabetic videos. It is hearty and has great flavor at 2.1g carbs per 100 grams (3.5 oz.).

    I found the video very helpful, thank you. I've experienced the weight loss... all of the other stuff I figured that, because I'm "older" (LOL), it was just happening. Some of it I have been paying attention to and know that it is because of the ketosis; however, one thing I know for sure is that when I'm not hungry I DON'T EAT!! Now, some may call it ketosis, I just call it a MIRACLE!! So, you have a new subscriber and I'll look into that Facebook business too (sheesh ). Thanks for a great production!

    Peanuts surprise me because The variety I have says they are 0 carbs in the bag. I just began my diet because nothing I was doing was working. Something is seriously wrong with my metabolism, I think it's a mixture of age (73) genes (mostly Italian) and several disabilities (short, bad back, painful legs, genetic problem with my legs) What about Stevia on this diet? I am not fond of the synthetics but Stevia is wonderful and I can buy even the leaves at herbal site. I love the Italian cheeses... Gorgonzola is a favorite.

    I’m a type 1 Diabetic and I know insulin resistance has caused me to have a lot of visceral fat. Of the five items that you suggested the low carb is the hardest for me! I’m only eating whole wheat bread, pasta and rice. So would cutting these out really help me reduce my insulin levels and become insulin sensitive?

    Tell that to lifelong fruitarians who thrive on practically nothing but fruit. Fatty liver is mostly caused by excess saturated fat in combination with fructose corn syrup, not whole fruit. So, I would go easy on red meat and eat more fruits.

    I’ve been watching so many of these nutritional videos about what not to eat waiting to see what people have to say about milk. I love to drink milk, I have 2 or 3 glasses a day. 1 with my breakfast and 1, maybe 2 with my dinner. It makes it easier to stay away from unnatural sugars and adds a little variety to my palette of drinks because aside from milk the only other thing I drink is water. Is it okay to drink the 2-3 glasses. Do I have to cut out milk completely? Should I cut down to 1 glass a day? Please let me know your thoughts

    I disagree with the lentils/ legumes category. These are the most fiber packed of the categories and offer little to no net carbs, hardly any sugars and 0 added sugar. Edamame for example offers 8g of fat, 17g of protein, 7 net carbs and 33% of daily fiber recommendation per cup.
